Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Science of Tea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Domestic Shipping

Currently, Science of Tea ships within the United States.
